Suitable for blast chiller and oven use at temperatures ranging from -60°C (-76°F) to + 230°C (+450°F).

The external dimensions of the mould are 297x176 mm: 4 can be placed in a 600x400 mm pan and 3 in a 325x530 mm pan.
