Exchange and return policy
Exchange Policy:
1- Without prejudice to the provisions of the contractual and statutory warranty, the customer has the right to replace the product provided to him by the store within seven days following the date of receipt of the product, and he does not have the right to replace the product after seven days have passed.
2- To replace the product, the product must be in good condition and the customer must not have used the product or benefited from it. The store has the right to inspect the product before replacing it to ensure its safety. The customer bears the shipping cost if he wants to replace the product. In the case of an international replacement, the customer bears the full shipping costs and delivery of the product to the shipping company.
• The customer is not entitled to replace the product in the following cases:
1- If the product was manufactured or provided based on the customer’s request or according to specifications specified by him, with the exception of products that have a defect or that violate the specifications specified by the customer.
2- If the product is video tapes, discs, CDs or software that has been used.
3- If a defect appears in the product due to the customer’s poor possession.
4- The customer is not entitled to replace the order if the product contains missing elements due to an error by the company that manufactured the product. This condition includes albums, lightsticks, and all products imported from official Korean companies only.
The customer is not entitled to return the product in the following cases:
1- If the product was manufactured or provided based on the customer’s request or according to specifications specified by him, with the exception of products that have a defect or that do not comply with the specifications specified by the customer.
2- If the product is video tapes, discs, CDs or software that has been used.
3- If a defect appears in the product due to the consumer’s poor possession.
4- The customer is not entitled to return the order if the product contains missing elements due to an error by the company that manufactured the product. This condition includes albums, lightsticks, and all products imported from official Korean companies only.
"Please take a picture of the order while opening it as a precaution in case there is a shortage in the order on our part. The video is for proof only. We will not be able to help you if you do not take a picture."
