Shipping and delivery:
- As stipulated in Article 55 of the Customs Law
The unified standard for imported goods, which stipulates the following:
The customs department has the right to open parcels for inspection.
- The shipping company has the right to inspect the goods under the direction of customs, and the store is not responsible for this. The consumer is compensated only if the product arrives damaged or incomplete; compensation is not provided for opening the product's packaging.
• We are not responsible for delays in international shipping or customs.
• In the event that the order is returned by the shipping company to the store due to: the customer's failure to respond to the shipping company or repeated delays, or due to an error in the data contained in the shipping label provided by the customer before completing the order, the customer will bear the cost of shipping the order again, and the order will not be canceled after the product is returned to the store. If the customer does not request the reshipment of the order for two months or more from the date of returning the order, the store has the right to destroy the order, and the order amount will not be refunded to the customer.
• Delivery time for pre-release albums:
It takes two to three or four weeks for the albums to arrive from Korea to Saudi Arabia, after which the albums will be shipped to the customer (this is the expected time if there are no delays in delivering the albums).
• Albums that have not yet been released: After the release date, it takes two to four weeks, and there may be a delay if there is a delay in delivering the albums in Korea after the release date.
note :
• In rare cases, when the store is under pressure, especially during Ramadan and Eid, there may be delays from the store and shipping companies.
• All other products: Immediate delivery, prepared within 2-5 business days and delivered within a week or less depending on the shipping company.
• After the order status changes to "Completed": This means your order has been shipped and will take three to one week to arrive.
• Any delay in shipping and delivery of your order is not the responsibility of the store. In case of a delay in delivery after shipping, please contact the shipping company to inquire and arrange a suitable delivery time with them.
• Products are packaged in a manner appropriate to their type to prevent damage during shipping. In the event of damage, the shipping company is responsible. The customer should contact the shipping company, provide photos of the damage, and the shipping company will then offer the necessary compensation. However, if the damage is due to poor packaging by the store, the store is responsible for compensating the customer.
The store disclaims all responsibility once the order is delivered to the shipping company chosen by the customer. Any delay in product delivery due to the customer's chosen shipping company is not the store's responsibility, nor is any damage, loss, or error caused by the shipping company.
If the shipment is returned or cannot be delivered due to an error by the shipping company or any reason beyond the store's control, the customer will bear the return shipping fees, and the store is not obligated to refund the order value or compensate for the shipping fees.
In the event of loss or damage to the order due to the shipping company, the customer files a complaint directly with the shipping company, and the compensation is provided by the shipping company itself.
