Shipping and delivery:
- According to Article 55 of the Customs Law System
The unified standard for imported goods, which states the following:
The customs department has the right to open parcels for inspection.
- The shipping company has the right to inspect the goods under the direction of customs, and the store is not responsible for this. The consumer will be compensated if the product arrives damaged or incomplete only, and compensation will not be made for opening the plastic packaging of the product.
• We are not responsible for delays in external shipping or customs delays.
• In the event that the order is returned by the shipping company to the store due to: the customer’s failure to respond to the shipping company or repeated postponement, or due to an error in the data contained in the shipping policy specified by the customer before completing the order, the customer will bear the cost of shipping the order again and the order will not be cancelled after the product is returned to the store. In the event that the customer does not request to reship the order for two months or more from the date of returning the order, the store has the right to destroy the order and the order amount will not be returned to the customer.
• Delivery time for advance albums:
It takes from two to three to four weeks for the albums to arrive from Korea, after which the albums are shipped to the customer (this is the expected time if there is no delay in delivering the albums)
• Unreleased albums: After the release date, it takes two to four weeks, and there may be a delay if the albums are delivered in Korea after the release date.
note :
• In rare cases when the store faces pressure, especially during the month of Ramadan and Eid, there may be a delay by the store and shipping companies.
• All other products: immediate delivery, prepared within 2-5 working days, and delivery within a week or less, depending on the shipping company.
• After the order status changes to “Executed”: This means that your order has been shipped and will take from three to one working week to arrive.
• The store is not responsible for any delay in shipping or delivering your order. In the event of a delay in delivering the order after shipping, contact the company, inquire with them, and arrange a suitable delivery date with them.
• The products are packaged in a way that suits the type of product so that it is not damaged during shipping. If it is damaged, the shipping company bears responsibility for that. The customer contacts the shipping company and photographs the damage. The shipping company provides the necessary compensation. However, if the damage is due to poor store packaging, the store bears the responsibility for compensating the customer.
• The store disclaims all responsibility when delivering the order to the shipping company chosen by the customer. Any delay in delivering the product due to the shipping company chosen by the customer is not borne by the store, and any damage or loss of the shipment due to the shipping company is not borne by the store. In the event of the order being lost or damaged due to the shipping company, the customer files a complaint against the shipping company and the shipping company compensates the customer.
