Return Policy:
All of our abayas are custom-made and produced only after your order is confirmed, based on the size requested. For this reason, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns.
Exchange Policy
If the size does not fit or you wish to exchange your abaya, you may request an exchange subject to the following terms and conditions:
* Exchange requests must be submitted via WhatsApp, including your order number and the reason for the exchange.
* Exchange requests must be submitted within *24 hours* of receiving the order from the shipping company. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.
* An exchange fee of *SAR 75* applies. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs related to the exchange.
* Exchanges are permitted *once per order only*
* The abaya must be returned in its original condition, unused, unwashed, unscented, unaltered, and with all original packaging and accessories included.
* If the returned product does not meet the above conditions, it will be returned to the customer, who will be responsible for all shipping costs.
