We guarantee the delivery of high-quality products by highly trained and qualified staff. At Tania, we understand the value of time and will deliver orders on time without delay (according to our capacity).
Application registration is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Delivery hours are daily from 9 am to 9 pm, Saturday to Thursday.
Delivery hours during the holy month of Ramadan are from 11 am to 5 pm and from 8 pm to 2 am, from Saturday to Thursday.
Delivery will be made as soon as possible, within the time specified by the customer and the time period allocated to him after the goods are prepared and the order is delivered to the driver, from Saturday to Thursday. However, some reasons may cause some delay, such as bad weather conditions, traffic, or technical malfunctions beyond our control.
In the event that any of the products are unavailable or there is any obstacle to delivery, the customer will be contacted via the registered phone number.

4- Violation of any of the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Tania reserves the right to prosecute anyone using the Application fraudulently or in any other unlawful manner, and reserves the right to recover the cost of the Products or attorneys' fees from persons using the Site fraudulently.
Tania, its employees, agents and suppliers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential loss including but not limited to loss of profits, goodwill, business, opportunity, data or other intangible losses arising out of or in connection with the Site or any use thereof.
If any provision of this Policy is deemed invalid, illegal or unenforceable for any reason, the remaining terms and conditions will remain in full force and effect.

Offers and discounts:
Applies according to company policy and tax is calculated on the entire quantity before discount.
Tax:
The tax is calculated according to the Kingdom's policy and the regulations followed by the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Loyalty Points Program Policy:
You can earn points on purchases made through the Tania Water app.
You can only purchase using points through the Tania Water app. Points cannot be used or redeemed at other stores.
Points earned have an expiration period and cannot be used after the expiration period.
Loyalty points are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Tania Water reserves the right to modify or cancel the loyalty points program at any time, at its sole discretion. The store also has the right to cancel any loyalty points obtained illegally, as well as any orders processed using these points. This includes situations such as the improper use of customer coupons, the repeated use of the same coupon by a single customer, or any other reason the store deems to be inconsistent with the objectives of the loyalty points program.
Electronic Vouchers Policy:
v The value of the coupon (electronic coupons) cannot be returned or exchanged if it has been used or benefited from in any way.
v A coupon that has been previously purchased and not used can be returned within a maximum period of 3 days from the date of purchase.
v Previously used coupons included in discounts and offers cannot be returned or exchanged.
v coupons (Electronic vouchers) are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
