Terms and Conditions: Shipping and Product Returns

Shipping:

1. We offer shipping services to customers within Saudi Arabia.
2. Shipping fees will be calculated and displayed during the checkout process based on the customer's location and order weight/volume.
3. We strive to process and ship orders within 2 days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
4. Once the order is shipped, customers will receive a shipping confirmation email or notification with tracking details.
5. We are not responsible for any delays, loss, or damage that may occur during transit. However, we will assist customers in resolving any issues with the shipping carrier to the best of our abilities.
6. Customs, duties, and taxes applicable to international shipments are the responsibility of the customer. Any additional charges incurred will be the customer's responsibility to pay.

Returns and Exchanges:

1. We aim to provide the highest quality products and services. If there is an issue with your order or you are unsatisfied with the received product, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the order.

8. In the case of an exchange, we will replace the product with another product of equal value, subject to availability. If the desired product is not available, a refund will be provided.
