- The product must be in its original condition, free of any defects or damage.

- When you purchase a product from a group offer such as (buy one, get the second one free), you can exchange or return the products online only.

Contact us by clicking here and providing us with your order number. Return and exchange conditions must be met.

- Your request will be reviewed and you will be provided with a return shipment number within 48 hours.
- The return policy must be attached to the order to be returned.
- The shipment must be delivered to the nearest branch of the shipping company.
- The status of the returned order will be reviewed once it arrives at Moonlike's warehouse, and the refund process will be completed within 10-14 business days.

The shipment will be resent free of charge for the first exchange within 2-4 business days of its arrival at Moonlike warehouses (the free exchange does not include discounted products)

The amount will be refunded using the same payment method within 10-14 working days of the shipment’s arrival at Moonlike warehouses, after deducting shipping and return costs.

Shipping costs, exchange and return fees through the website
