Article 7 - Amendments to the Usage and Fees Agreement:

2. 5. The Matjar Tech reserves the right to add, increase, reduce or deduct any fees or expenses under the articles, terms, and conditions of the usage agreement, for any of the users, whatever the reason for their registration.
Article 8 - Payment and payment services for stores in the Matjar Tech:

3. The consumer is not entitled to replace the product in the following cases:
o If the product was manufactured at the consumer’s request or according to specifications specified by him, with the exception of products that have a defect or that violate the specifications specified by the consumer.
o If the product is video tapes, CDs, CDs, or information programs that have been used.
o If the product is newspapers, magazines, pamphlets, books, or anything else that is considered to be literature.
o If a defect appears in the product due to consumer mishandling.
o If the contract deals with the provision of accommodation, transportation, or catering services.
o If the contract deals with the purchase of software download products via the Internet.
Article 15- Return Policy:
1. Without prejudice to the agreement and statutory guarantee provisions, the consumer has the right to terminate the contract and return the product provided to him from Matjar Tech within 14 days following the date of receiving the product, and he is not entitled to that product after 14 days have passed.
2. To return the product, it is required that the product is in a sound condition and that the consumer has not used the product or obtained its benefit, and the Matjar Tech has the right to inspect the product before returning it to ensure its safety.
3. The customer can return the materials within a maximum period of 14 days, provided that the original condition of the product, its accessories, its packaging, and its components are preserved as it was delivered, and the amount will be returned to the customer by bank transfer
4. The consumer is not entitled to return the product in the following cases:
o If the product was manufactured at the consumer’s request or according to specifications specified by him, with the exception of products that have a defect or that violate the specifications specified by the consumer.
o If the product is video tapes, CDs, CDs, or information programs that have been used.
o If the product is newspapers, magazines, pamphlets, books, or anything else that is considered to be literature.

Article 17- General Provisions:

5. This usage agreement is only canceled by a decision issued by the Matjar Tech management.
