Refund Policy
We have a no refund no return policy, all our sales our final.
Under some circumstances, for the item to be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds are issued for items with manufacturing faults only within three days from receiving your shipment. If you are unhappy with your purchases, please email our customer care team at [email protected] for further assistance.
The following goods cannot be returned:
- The goods are in good condition and no damage is to be seen
- The supply of goods are made to your specifications or clearly personalized
- The supply of goods which are not suitable to be returned due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed during delivery
Exchange Policy
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to contact us letting us know your order number and to which product you'd like to exchanges, please note that you must exchange the item within 1 day of receiving it.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
We reserve the right to refuse any returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above conditions in our sole discretion.
