We currently deliver to:

                 •              Most regions in Saudi Arabia

If your location is not listed, please contact us for assistance.

2. Shipping Fees

                 •              Shipping fees are calculated based on your location and order size.

                 •              Free shipping is available for orders exceeding 499 Saudi Riyals, where applicable.

3. Delivery Timeframes

                 •              Orders are processed within 1-3 business days.

                 •              Estimated delivery times are:

                 •              Local: 3-5 business days.

Please note: Delivery times may vary due to factors such as weather, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your delivery status.

5. Failed Deliveries and Returns

                 •              If delivery fails due to an incorrect address or recipient unavailability, we will attempt to contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional charges may apply.

                 •              Unclaimed orders will be returned to us after 3 failed delivery attempts.

6. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please notify us within 7 working days of delivery. We will resolve the issue by offering a replacement or refund.

في بوبا بير نحرص على تقديم تجربة توصيل مريحة ومرضية. يُرجى قراءة سياسة الشحن والتوصيل الخاصة بنا لفهم كيفية معالجة طلباتكم وتسليمها.

1. مناطق التوصيل

حاليًا، نقوم بالتوصيل إلى:

معظم مناطق المملكة العربية السعودية

إذا لم يكن موقعك مدرجًا، يرجى التواصل معنا للحصول على المساعدة.

2. رسوم الشحن

           •          يتم احتساب رسوم الشحن بناءً على موقعكم وحجم الطلب.

           •          الشحن مجاني للطلبات التي تتجاوز 499 ريال سعودي

3. أوقات التوصيل

           •          يتم تجهيز الطلبات خلال 1 - 3 أيام أيام عمل.

           •          أوقات التوصيل المتوقعة:

           •          محليًا: 3 - 5 أيام عمل.

يرجى الملاحظة: قد تختلف أوقات التوصيل بسبب عوامل مثل الطقس أو الإجازات أو الظروف الخارجة عن السيطرة.

4. تتبع الطلبات

بعد شحن طلبكم، ستتلقون بريدًا إلكترونيًا يحتوي على رقم تتبع لمتابعة حالة التوصيل.

5. فشل التوصيل والإرجاع

           •          في حال فشل التوصيل بسبب عنوان غير صحيح أو عدم توفر المستلم، سنحاول التواصل معكم لإعادة التوصيل. قد يتم تطبيق رسوم إضافية.

           •          سيتم إرجاع الطلبات غير المُستلمة بعد 3 محاولات تسليم فاشلة

6. العناصر التالفة أو المفقودة

في حال وصول الطلب تالفًا أو ناقصًا، يرجى إخطارنا خلال 7 أيام عمل من استلام الطلب. سنقوم بحل المشكلة عن طريق استبدال المنتج أو استرداد المبلغ.
