مواصفات حمالة الصدر

يوصي الأطباء بشكل عام بحمالة الصدر التي تتوافر فيها الشروط التالية:

١- أن تكون الطبقات الداخلية للحمالة ناعمة ويفضل أن تكون مصنوعة من القطن والابتعاد تماماً عن البوليستر والأقمشة الصناعية

٢- أن تغطي حمالة الصدر الثدي بالكامل على أن يكون كل جزء من الثدي على حدة.

٣- الابتعاد عن الدعامات الحديد وإيجاد البدائل المريحة لكِ بدعامة مناسبة.

٤- أن تكون مريحة ويمكن تضييقها وتوسيعها بسهولة.

Doctors generally recommend a bra that meets the following criteria:

1- The inner layers of the bra should be soft, preferably made of cotton, and completely avoid polyester and synthetic fabrics.2- The bra should cover the entire breast with each part of the breast separate.3- Avoid underwire and find comfortable alternatives with suitable support.4- It should be comfortable and easy to adjust for tightening or loosening.
