Store Policy:


1. Pre-ordered items have a shipping time of 2 to 6 weeks.


2. The store is not responsible for uncollected orders after multiple delivery attempts.


3. All our products are custom-made according to the client’s request, so exchanges or returns are not available.


4. Once the order status is updated to “In Progress,” it cannot be canceled.


5. Please provide accurate shipping information; the store is not responsible for incorrect shipping details, and we cannot edit the shipping information once provided.


6. To report an issue with the product, please contact us within 24-48 hours of receiving the item.
