تسجيل الزائر والمقيم المحصن وغير المحصن لدخول المملكة | Registration of the visitor and resident immune and non-vaccinated to enter the Kingdom

شروط التسجيل للزائر المحصن:

1- الحصول على أحد اللقاحات المعتمدة في المملكة وهي الى الآن (جرعتين من لقاح فايزر-بايونتك، جرعتين من لقاح أوكسفورد-أسترازينيكا، جرعتين من لقاح موديرنا، جرعة واحدة من لقاح جانسين). 

2- يشترط لشهادات اللقاح أن يتم تصديقها من الجهات الصحية الرسمية في بلاد المسافرين القادمين (وزارة الصحة او جهةصحية مخولة). 

3- ألا تقل المدة بين تلقي الجرعة الأخيرة (الجرعة الثانية من لقاح ذو جرعتين أو الجرعة الأولى من لقاح ذو جرعة واحدة) والمغادرة إلى المملكة عن 14 يوماً. 

4- إحضار الشهادة الأصلية عند المغادرة للمملكة. 

5- ادخال المعلومات قبل المغادرة الى المملكة ب 72 ساعة كحد أقصى. 

6- الإقرار بصحة المعلومات المدخلة وسيتم التحقق من صحة المعلومات عند اصدار كرت صعود الطائرة وفي منافذ الدخولوعدم الالتزام بهذه الاشتراطات يجعله عرضه لمنع الدخول الى المملكة والتبعات القانونية.

7- لا يطلب التسجيل لمن هم أصغر من 18 سنة.

1- ادخال المعلومات قبل المغادرة الى المملكة ب 72 ساعة كحد أقصى.

2- الإقرار بصحة المعلومات المدخلة وسيتم التحقق من صحة المعلومات عند اصدار كرت صعود الطائرة وفي منافذ الدخول وعدم الالتزام بهذه الاشتراطات يجعلك عرضه لمنع الدخول الى المملكة والتبعات القانونية.

3- لا يطلب التسجيل لمن هم أصغر من 18 سنة.

شروط التسجيل للمقيم المحصن:

1-يجب أن يكون وضعك الصحي في توكلنا أحد التالي: محصن، محصن جرعة أولى، محصن متعافي.

2-ادخال المعلومات قبل المغادرة الى المملكة ب 72 ساعة كحد أقصى.

3- الإقرار بصحة المعلومات المدخلة وسيتم التحقق من صحة المعلومات عند اصدار كرت صعود الطائرة وفي منافذ الدخولوعدم الالتزام بهذه الاشتراطات يجعلك عرضه لمنع الدخول الى المملكة والتبعات القانونية.

4- من هم أصغر من 18 سنة يسجلون كمرافقين لصاحب الطلب.

5- لا يلزم تسجيل المقيمين أصحاب المهن المنزلية في حالة القدوم برفقة صاحب العمل.

1- ادخال المعلومات قبل المغادرة الى المملكة ب 72 ساعة كحد أقصى.

2- الإقرار بصحة المعلومات المدخلة وسيتم التحقق من صحة المعلومات عند اصدار كرت صعود الطائرة وفي منافذ الدخولوعدم الالتزام بهذه الاشتراطات يجعلك عرضه لمنع الدخول الى المملكة والتبعات القانونية.

3- من هم أصغر من 18 سنة يسجلون كمرافقين لصاحب الطلب.

4- لا يلزم تسجيل المقيمين أصحاب المهن المنزلية في حالة القدوم برفقة صاحب العمل.

Conditions of registration for vaccinated visitor: 

1- Obtaining one of the vaccines approved in the Kingdom, which is so far (two doses of the Pfizer-Biontech vaccine, two doses of the Oxford-AstraZeneca vaccine, two doses of the Moderna vaccine, one dose of the Jansen vaccine). 

2- The vaccination certificates are required to be attested by the official health authorities in the country of arriving travelers (the Ministry of Health or an authorized health authority). 

3- The period between receiving the last dose (the second dose of a two-dose vaccine or the first dose of a single dose vaccine) and leaving to the Kingdom should not be less than 14 days. 

4- Bring the original certificate upon leaving the Kingdom. 

5- Entering the information before departure to the Kingdom with a maximum of 72 hours.

6- Acknowledgment of the accuracy of the entered information and the correctness of the information will be verified upon issuance of the boarding pass and at the entry points, and failure to comply with these requirements makes it open to preventing entry to the Kingdom and the legal consequences.

7- Registration is not required for those under the age of 18.

1- Entering the information before departure to the Kingdom with a maximum of 72 hours.

2- Acknowledgment of the accuracy of the entered information and the correctness of the information will be verified upon issuance of the boarding pass and at the entry points, and failure to comply with these requirements makes it open to preventing entry to the Kingdom and the legal consequences.

3- Registration is not required for those under the age of 18.

Conditions of registration for vaccinated resident:

1- Your health condition in Tawakkalna should be one of the following: Immune, Immune by first dose, Immune by recovery.

2- Entering the information before departure to the Kingdom with a maximum of 72 hours.

3- Acknowledgment of the accuracy of the entered information and the correctness of the information will be verified upon issuance of the boarding pass and at the entry points, and failure to comply with these requirements makes it open to preventing entry to the Kingdom and the legal consequences.

4- Those under the age of 18 should be registered as dependents for the requester.

5- Residents with domestic professions are not required to register in case they are coming with their employer.

Conditions of registration for not vaccinated resident:

1- Entering the information before departure to the Kingdom with a maximum of 72 hours.

2- Acknowledgment of the accuracy of the entered information and the correctness of the information will be verified upon issuance of the boarding pass and at the entry points, and failure to comply with these requirements makes it open to preventing entry to the Kingdom and the legal consequences.

3- Those under the age of 18 should be registered as dependents for the requester.
