تعليمات اللباس والسباحة
- يُرجى ارتداء ملابس السباحة المخصصة فقط للسباحة
- يُمنع ارتداء الملابس الرياضية أو الملابس الداخلية داخل المسبح أو البحر.
- يجب إحضار جميع الأغراض الشخصية الخاصة بالسباحة (ملابس سباحة – شبشب – أحذية بحر – شامبو – بلسم – واقي شمس – إلخ).
- يجب على المربية ارتداء ملابس سباحة في حال السماح لها بالسباحة في المسبح أو البحر.
سياسة دخول الأطفال
- يُسمح بدخول الأطفال طوال أيام الأسبوع.
- يتم احتساب تذكرة الأطفال من عمر 3 سنوات ( يسمح بدخول الاطفال اقل من 3 سنوات )
- يُسمح بدخول الأولاد حتى عمر 7 سنوات والبنات حتى عمر 12 سنة تحتسب طفلة.
الطعام والمشروبات
- يُمنع إدخال المأكولات والمشروبات من الخارج.
- يتوفر مطعم داخل الموقع لخدمة الزوار.
- يُسمح بالمعسلات من داخل الشاطئ فقط مقابل رسوم إضافية 150 ريال.
الخدمات الإضافية
- تتوفر لوكرات مقابل رسوم إضافية.
⚠ الشاطئ غير مسؤول عن المفقودات.
- مواقف مجانية متوفرة عند المدخل.
- موقف VIP بجانب الشاطئ مقابل 500 ريال.
سياسة المقاعد والحجز
- في حال الرغبة بحجز المقعد طوال اليوم بغض النظر عن وقت الوصول، يتم دفع مبلغ 500 ريال لضمان الحجز الكامل.

Dress code
- Proper swimwear is mandatory.
- Sportswear and undergarments are not allowed in the pool or sea.
- Please bring all your personal swimming essentials (swimwear, flip-flops, water shoes, shampoo/conditioner, sunscreen, etc.).
- Nannies must wear proper swimwear if they wish to swim.
Kids Policy
- Kids are allowed all week.
- Kids ticket applies from 3 to 7 years old.
- Boys & girls are allowed up to 12 years old maximum.
Food & Beverages
- Outside food and drinks are not allowed.
- Restaurant available inside the venue.
- Shisha is available from inside the beach only for 150 SAR.
Additional Services
- Lockers available for extra charge (Management not responsible for lost items).
- Free parking at the entrance.
- VIP parking next to the beach: 500 SAR.
Seating Policy
If you do not arrive by 12:30 PM, your seat may be reassigned.
To guarantee full-day seat reservation, an additional 500 is required.

الشروط والأحكام المنظمة لدخول La Maison d’Obhur
- يُعد دخول الزائر/الزائرة إلى الموقع، أو إتمام عملية الحجز وسداد الرسوم، إقرارًا صريحًا بالموافقة الكاملة على الالتزام بهذه الشروط والأحكام دون قيد أو شرط:
(1) القبول بحالة الموقع
- يقر الزائر/الزائرة بقبول الموقع بجميع مرافقه وتجهيزاته بحالته الراهنة (As Is) دون أي تحفظ أو مطالبة مستقبلية.
(2) النظافة والمحافظة على الموقع
- يلتزم الزائر/الزائرة بالمحافظة على نظافة المكان، ووضع المخلفات في الأماكن المخصصة لها، وعدم إحداث أي تلف أو تخريب متعمد أو غير متعمد.
(3) عدم الإضرار أو الإزعاج
- يُحظر التسبب في أي إزعاج أو إيذاء للغير أو التعدي عليهم بأي صورة، ويحق للإدارة اتخاذ ما تراه مناسبًا حيال أي مخالفة.
(4) إخلاء المسؤولية عن الحوادث والإصابات
- يتحمل الزائر/الزائرة كامل المسؤولية الشخصية والقانونية عن أي إصابات أو أضرار أو حوادث قد تقع داخل الموقع، بما في ذلك – على سبيل المثال لا الحصر – الغرق في البحر أو المسبح (نظرًا لعدم وجود سور حماية أو منقذ)، أو السقوط، أو الانزلاق، أو التعرض لضربة شمس أو أي مخاطر طبيعية.
- يقر الزائر/الزائرة بإدراكه لطبيعة الموقع الساحلية وما قد يترتب عليها من مخاطر.
- لا تتحمل إدارة الموقع أو ملاكه أو موظفوه أي مسؤولية مدنية أو جنائية أو مالية عن تلك الحوادث.
- تتحمل الأم أو المرافقة كامل المسؤولية عن الأطفال أو ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة المرافقين لها.
(5) منع التصوير والخصوصية
- يُمنع التصوير منعًا باتًا حفاظًا على خصوصية الزائرات، ولا يُسمح به إلا بإذن خطي أو إشراف مباشر من الإدارة.
وفي حال المخالفة، يحق للإدارة الاطلاع على الأجهزة وحذف المواد المصورة فورًا دون اعتراض.
(6) الممتلكات الشخصية
- يتحمل الزائر/الزائرة كامل المسؤولية عن ممتلكاته الشخصية، ولا تتحمل الإدارة أي مسؤولية عن الفقد أو السرقة أو التلف أيًا كان سببه.
(7) التدخين
- يُمنع التدخين منعًا باتًا في جميع الأماكن المغلقة، بما في ذلك (الحمامات – غرفة الصلاة – غرف الاستراحة).
(8) السلامة العامة
- يلتزم الزائر/الزائرة باتباع تعليمات الأمن والسلامة الصادرة من الإدارة، والمحافظة على الممتلكات والمرافق العامة، ويتحمل كامل قيمة أي تلف أو ضرر ينتج عن سوء الاستخدام.
(9) الالتزام بالأنظمة
- يجب الالتزام بكافة أنظمة وقوانين المملكة العربية السعودية، ويحظر استخدام الموقع لأي نشاط مخالف للأنظمة أو الآداب العامة أو الشريعة الإسلامية.
ويتحمل المخالف كافة المسؤوليات والعقوبات والغرامات النظامية الناتجة عن مخالفته.
(10) الأراضي المجاورة والجيران
- يقر الزائر/الزائرة بعدم أحقيته في الاعتراض أو المطالبة أو الادعاء تجاه أي أنشطة أو أعمال أو تواجد أشخاص في الأراضي أو المواقع المجاورة، طالما كانت ضمن حدود ملكهم ووفق الأنظمة المعمول بها.
ولا تتحمل إدارة الموقع أي مسؤولية أو التزام قانوني ناشئ عن ذلك.
(11) حق الإدارة في إنهاء الزيارة
- يحق لإدارة الموقع، دون الحاجة لإبداء الأسباب، إنهاء زيارة أي شخص مخالف للشروط، وإلزامه بمغادرة الموقع فورًا، دون استرجاع أي مبالغ مدفوعة ودون أي مسؤولية قانونية.
(12) سياسة عدم الحضور (No Show)
- في حال عدم الحضور، يسقط حق المطالبة بقيمة التذكرة، ولا يتم استرجاع المبلغ أو تحويله إلى رصيد.
(13) عدم ضمان الدخول
- يعد تسجيل البيانات وسداد الرسوم طلبًا للدخول فقط، ولا يُعد موافقة نهائية.
- ويخضع الدخول للتحقق من البيانات عند البوابة، ويكون القرار النهائي للإدارة.
تنبيهات ملزمة إضافية
- لا يوجد استرجاع في حالة الدورة الشهرية.
- يُمنع استخدام "دم الغزال" أو الزيوت المصبوغة أثناء التشميس ( في حال استخدام زيوت خاصة، يجب استعمال منشفة شخصية)
- في حال إتلاف المناشف، يتم تحصيل قيمتها كاملة.
- يُمنع السباحة بعد منطقة الجزيرة المحددة.
- لا يوجد إلغاء للحجز أو استرجاع للمبلغ في حال عدم الحضور.
- في حال الإصرار على فتح الشماسي أثناء الرياح الشديدة، تتحمل الزائرة كامل المسؤولية عن أي أضرار أو إصابات أو تلفيات ناتجة عنها.
La Maison d’Obhur – Terms & Conditions of Entry
Entry to the premises, or completing a booking and payment, constitutes an explicit acknowledgment and full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions without reservation.
(1) Acceptance of Premises Condition
The visitor acknowledges and accepts the premises, facilities, and equipment in their current condition (“As Is”), without any future claims or objections.
(2) Cleanliness and Preservation of Property
Visitors must maintain cleanliness at all times, dispose of waste in designated areas, and refrain from causing any intentional or unintentional damage to the premises.
(3) No Harm or Disturbance
Any form of disturbance, harassment, or harm to others is strictly prohibited. Management reserves the right to take appropriate action against any violator.
(4) Liability Waiver and Assumption of Risk
The visitor assumes full personal and legal responsibility for any injuries, damages, or incidents occurring within the premises, including but not limited to drowning in the sea or swimming pool (as there is no protective barrier or lifeguard), slipping, falling, heatstroke, or any natural hazards.
The visitor acknowledges awareness of the coastal nature of the site and the potential risks associated with it.
La Maison d’Obhur, its owners, management, and employees shall bear no civil, criminal, or financial liability for such incidents.
Mothers or accompanying guardians bear full responsibility for children or individuals with special needs under their supervision.
(5) Photography and Privacy Policy
Photography is strictly prohibited to protect the privacy of guests. Photography is only permitted with prior written approval or direct supervision from management.
In case of violation, management reserves the right to inspect devices and immediately delete any unauthorized content without objection.
(6) Personal Belongings
Visitors are fully responsible for their personal belongings. Management shall not be liable for any loss, theft, or damage, regardless of cause.
(7) Smoking Policy
Smoking is strictly prohibited in all enclosed areas, including bathrooms, prayer rooms, and lounge areas.
(8) General Safety Compliance
Visitors must comply with all safety and security instructions issued by management and must respect all facilities and public property. Any damage resulting from misuse shall be fully compensated by the responsible party.
(9) Compliance with Laws and Regulations
Visitors must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any activity violating public morals, Islamic Sharia principles, or national regulations is strictly prohibited. Violators shall bear full legal responsibility, including fines and penalties.
(10) Adjacent Properties and Neighbors
Visitors acknowledge that they have no right to object to or claim against any activities, operations, or presence of individuals in adjacent properties, provided such activities are within their lawful boundaries and comply with applicable regulations.
Management shall bear no legal responsibility arising from such matters.
(11) Right of Management to Terminate Visit
Management reserves the right, without obligation to provide reasons, to terminate the visit of any person who violates these Terms & Conditions and require immediate departure from the premises without refund or legal liability.
(12) No-Show Policy
Failure to attend (No Show) results in forfeiture of the ticket value. No refunds or credit transfers will be issued.
(13) No Guarantee of Entry
Submitting personal information and completing payment constitutes a request for entry only and does not guarantee admission.
Entry is subject to verification at the gate, and final admission decisions remain at the sole discretion of management.
Additional Binding Notices
- No refunds will be issued in cases related to menstruation.
- The use of tinted oils or substances such as “Dam Al-Ghazal” during sunbathing is strictly prohibited.
- Personal towels must be used when applying any oils.
- Damaged towels will be charged at full replacement value.
- Swimming beyond the designated island boundary is strictly prohibited.
- No cancellation or refund is allowed in case of non-attendance.
