لأن منتجاتنا غذائية وطازجة، ما نقدر نوفر خيار الاسترجاع أو الاستبدال بعد إتمام الطلب – نعتذر عن ذلك ونقدّر تفهمكم!

وإذا ما تم استلام الطلب لأي سبب، وتم طلبه من جديد، راح نرسل نفس الطلب الأول بدون تغيير.

Due to the nature of our fresh, handcrafted food products, we regret to inform you that returns and exchanges are not available once an order is completed.

If an order is not received by the customer and a reshipment is requested, the exact same order will be resent without any changes.

Please make sure all delivery details (address and phone number) are correct when placing your order to avoid any delays or reshipments.
