Order Processing Time:
- Orders are processed within 1 business day after payment confirmation.
Delivery Time:
- Inside Riyadh same day or 24 hours.
- Within Saudi Arabia: Delivery takes 2 to 7 business days, depending on your location and carrier service. For better quality we use DHL and Aramex carrier.
Shipping Fees:
- Enjoy free shipping on orders above 300 .
- Within Saudi Arabia: A flat shipping fee of 35 applies to all orders to any location outside Riyadh.
- Inside Riyadh Shipping: Shipping costs 25 (for orders below 300 SAR)

- Please ensure your shipping details are accurate to avoid any delays. We require email, full and correct name, mobile number, city, area and street name, house number. For deliveries inside riyadh we need exact location and picture of the entrance&
- If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, our courier team will contact you to schedule a suitable time. Resheduling of the delivery will cost extra 25 SAR.
