شجرة كاسيا جلوكا من الفصيلة البقولية، وموطنها الأصلي آسيا الاستوائية، وشمال شرق أستراليا، وهي شجرة زينة دائمة الخضرة، ذات أزهار جميلة بلونها الأصفر اللامع، ورائحتها العطرة، حيث تنجذب إليها الفراشات، ولها أوراق بيضوية الشكل، خضراء اللون مُركّبة، دائمة الخضرة، يصل طولها إلى 35 سم، وتنمو شجرة أكاسيا جلوكا بسرعة، حيث يصل ارتفاعها إلى 7 أمتار، وعرضها إلى 3 أمتار.



هي من أفضل الأشجار المُزهرة التي يتم زراعتها في الحدائق، والأرصفة، ولها الكثير من الفوائد؛ حيث أنها تنتج خشب سميك يحتوي على حمض التنِّيك الذي يدخل في صناعة الجلد، وتنتج أيضاً الصمغ العربي، وتنتج مادة تدخل في صباغة الملابس.


  1. الوقت المناسب لزراعة أكاسيا جلوكا في فصلي الربيع، والخريف.
  2. تتكاثر شجرة أكاسيا جلوكا بالبذور.
  3. يفضّل زراعة البذور مباشرة بعد حصادها.
  4. تُزهر شجرة أكاسيا جلوكا على مدار العام، ويزداد الإزهار في فصل الربيع، والصيف، والخريف.
  5. تنتج ثمار قرنية طولية الشكل، بعد فترة قصيرة من الإزهار، يصل طول الثمار من 7 إلى 10 سم، وعرض 1 سم.
  6. تحمل الثمار بداخلها البذور، بحيث تحتوي الثمرة الواحدة من 15 إلى 25 بذرة.
  7. تنمو بشكل مثالي في المناطق الصحراوية، وعند تعرّضها لأشعة الشمس الكاملة. 
  8. نبتة أكاسيا جلوكا لا تتحمّل الصّقيع، لذلك لا يفضّل زراعتها في المناطق الباردة، حيث يمكن أن تتحمّل لغاية 3 درجات تحت الصّفر.
  9. تتحمّل ارتفاع درجات الحرارة حتى 50 إلى 60 درجة مئوية.
  10. جميع أنواع التربة صالحة لزراعة نبات أكاسيا جلوكا.
  11. تتحمّل أكاسيا جلوكا الملوحة العالية.
  12. القشرة الخارجية للبذور صلبة، لذلك من الضروري نقعها قبل الزراعة.
  13. نقع البذور في ماء فاتر مدة 3 أيام.
  14. كحط السطح الخارجي للبذور بواسطة ورق السّنفرة؛ والهدف من ذلك عمل جروح في البذور لدخول الماء إليها بعد زراعتها، ونموها.
  15. ريّ التربة بواسطة بخاخ الماء، مع المحافظة على رطوبة السطح الخارجي للتربة؛ إلى حين الإنبات.
  16. وضعها في مكان معتم، بعيداً عن أشعة الشمس.
  17. يتم الإنبات بعد 20 إلى 30 يوم من زراعتها.
  18. الاعتدال في الرّي، بحيث يتم الرّي وقت جفاف سطح التربة، وليس الجفاف الكامل للتربة.

 It is one of the best flowering trees that are planted in gardens and sidewalks, and it has many benefits; As it produces thick wood that contains tannins, which is used in the leather industry, it also produces gum arabic, and it produces a substance that is used in dyeing clothes.



  1.  The best time to plant acacia glauca is in the spring and fall.
  2.  The Acacia glauca tree is propagated by seeds.
  3.  It is preferable to plant the seeds immediately after harvesting.
  4.  The Acacia glauca tree blooms throughout the year, and flowering increases in spring, summer, and fall.
  5.  Produces elongated horny fruits, after a short period of flowering. Fruits are 7 to 10 cm long and 1 cm wide.
  6.  The fruits carry seeds inside, so that one fruit contains from 15 to 25 seeds.
  7.  It grows perfectly in desert areas, when exposed to full sun.
  8.  Acacia glauca plant does not tolerate frost, so it is not preferable to plant it in cold areas, where it can withstand up to 3 degrees below zero.
  9.  Withstand high temperatures up to 50 to 60 degrees Celsius.
  10.  All types of soil are suitable for growing Acacia glauca.
  11.  Acacia glauca is tolerant of high salinity.
  12.  The outer shell of the seeds is hard, so it is necessary to soak them before planting.
  13.  Soak the seeds in lukewarm water for 3 days.
  14.  Scrape the outer surface of the seeds with sandpaper; The goal is to make cuts in the seeds for water to enter them after planting and growing.
  15.  Irrigating the soil with a water sprayer, while maintaining the moisture of the outer surface of the soil; until germination.

  17.  Germination takes place 20 to 30 days after planting.
  18.  Moderation in irrigation, so that irrigation is done at the time of the dryness of the soil surface, and not the complete drying of the soil.
