شجرة الكوريزيا (مهرشة الفيل) أجمل أشجار المملكة النباتية، توجد عليها نتوءات خشبية حادة ومن هنا آتى الاسم الشائع “مهرشة الفيل” لأن الفيلة بعد الاستحمام تقوم بهرش جسمها فى الشجرة، شجرة زينة مدهشة ورائعة تعتبر من أجمل الأشجار في المملكة النباتية عموما، الشجرة ملفتة للنظر نظرا لأن الله حباها بشكل خاص يميزها عن أى شجرة أخرى لأن ساقها قائم خال من الفروع لونه أخضر.
